W/M Models has the responsibility of being a mediator between corporate clients and the agency’s represented models. The agency will prepare models by grooming them to an industry standard established by corporate clients.
No honorable agency will charge a new model for preparing them for the industry nor charge a fee to join. Courses are not needed to become involved in the industry, they only serve a need for self improvement.
W/M Models specializes in the model and their career. When looking for a new face, the agency looks for a model that has the ability to work in all of the following areas, be it locally or internationally: runway, commercial and editorial print as well as film & tv. This gives the model a profound probability within their career.
Whether you have submitted your photos or have been scouted, the agency will always request to meet a new model in person. Within the duration of the meeting, W/M Models will be able to determine whether you have potential to become one of our models and the direction that is best for you. Remember, three quarters of becoming successful is personality which a photo will not always display.
Female: Age: 13 plus, Height: 5' 7 and over, Dress size: 3 to 7
Male: Age: 16 plus, Height: 5' 10 and over, Jacket size: 40 R to 42 T
You have been scouted by one of our agents; contact that agent directly to set up an appointment to meet with the Agency Director.

Do not dress up to what you think the agency is looking for.
Female: please wear a minimal amount of make-up to none at all and hair down.
Male: please wear a minimal amount of hair product to none at all.
